About the Team

This team ranked 2nd in the Pre-ECNL Bracket last year as we grew a tremendous amount throughout the entire year. The core group of girls are strong and are really looking for those players that are serious and ready to help in taking this team to the top.

The ECNL – Regional Leagues are part of the Elite Clubs National League competition pyramid. The Regional Leagues are a development platform for clubs that fuel the continued holistic development of players and provide a proving ground for future competitive opportunities for teams and clubs.

About the Coach

Coach Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience from his background in high school coaching and skills training. His coaching philosophy revolves around three core principles:

• Passing: Emphasizing precise and effective ball movement to maintain control and create scoring opportunities.
  
• Possession: Focusing on maintaining possession of the ball to dictate the tempo and flow of the game.
  
• Proper Play: Teaching the fundamentals of the game to ensure each player understands their role and responsibilities on the field.
  

Team Development and Training

Our coach's commitment to the team extends beyond regular practices:

• Rainout Contingencies: In case of inclement weather, the coach arranges indoor practice sessions or hosts film sessions to review game footage and provide tactical education.
• Professional Background: As a Physical Education teacher in the Farmers Branch ISD, the coach is skilled in teaching and mentoring young athletes, fostering both their physical and personal growth.
• Practice Location: Our practices are held at the Lewisville Texans Fields, located at 1021 E Main St, Lewisville, TX 75057. This central location provides a convenient and excellent facility for our training needs.
• Monthly Combines: We hold monthly combine practices with the club's ECRL and ECNL teams (With Coach Jon Hopkins), offering our players the opportunity to train alongside and learn from higher-level competitors.
